- We take care of newborns through age 18 years
- We accept most insurances but are not currently accepting Medicaid
- Accepting: Blue Select, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Cigna, UHC, Aetna
- We typically can accommodate same day sick appointments
*Note: We are not accepting patients who do not vaccinate, or who follow an alternative schedule that will not complete the CDC recommended schedule by 24 months of age
*Note: As the practice has become busier, we need your cooperation by cancelling appointments at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to be seen.
*Note: If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
*Note: No shows will be charged $50.
*Note: If you are going to be 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, please call the office at (850) 678-9009. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Flu Vaccine Information
According to the CDC "Seasonal influenza activity is elevated and continues to increase in most parts of the country."
So, if your child or you haven't gotten your Flu Vaccine this season we still have them available.
